Welcome to Heather Stewart's website.
Heather is a multi-instrumentalist who is dedicated to playing old style blues, jazz, cajun, folk, and originals music. This site details her award winning bands and albums, new songs, tours and upcoming musical projects.



The New Sheiks won a Bell Award, they went on the road, recorded a brand new album, they beat Cope St Parade in a battle of the bands(!!), they swung, they sang and played their way around the eastern/southern states of Oz and they're doing it again as you read this!!!  The New Sheiks are back with a brand new album "The Sales Tax!"  Last tour gigs this week: Thursday in Ballarat, Friday in Warrandyte, Saturday @ Paris Cat (Melbourne, City) and Sunday at Womboota Hall, southern NSW!
